What We Offer
What Sets Us Apart
At Wildflower Therapy Collective, we see the whole person, not just the treatment plan. Our people-first approach drives every decision we make, and our individualized care plans are built around each child's unique strengths, needs, and personality.
Families aren't just informed, they're involved. We treat caregivers as essential members of the clinical team, because we know that when families are empowered, children thrive. And as a practice rooted in our community, we are proud to show up not just as clinicians, but as neighbors and advocates for every family we serve.
People-First Approach
Every clinical decision at Wildflower is made by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Our BCBAs are not supervisors in title only — they are actively involved in your child's care, present on the floor, and invested in your family's outcomes from intake through discharge.
Truly Individualized Cares on Quality
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all programming. Every treatment plan is built from the ground up around your child's unique strengths, needs, communication style, and family goals. Because your child is not a diagnosis — they are a person.e
Family is Part of the Team
At Wildflower, caregiver involvement is not optional — it's essential. We provide ongoing parent training, regular progress updates, and open communication because we know that the most powerful outcomes happen when families and clinicians work together.
Rooted in the Community
We are a Maryland-based, independently owned clinic — not a national chain. We are invested in this community, and in the families who trust us with their most important people.
Our Services
Early Intervention
The earliest years of a child's life are also the most formative — and early support can make a profound difference. Our early intervention services are designed for children ages 18 months through 5 years, providing structured, play-based ABA therapy that builds foundational communication, social, and adaptive skills during the window when it matters most. We meet your child where they are and help them grow from there.
Caregiver Guidance
You are your child's most important teacher — and we're here to support you. Our caregiver guidance services equip parents and caregivers with the tools, strategies, and confidence to extend learning beyond the therapy session and into everyday life. From mealtime to morning routines, we help you navigate the moments that matter most with clarity and calm.
In-Home and Community Therapy
Some skills are best learned where life actually happens. Our in-home and community-based therapy services bring ABA support directly into your child's natural environment — whether that's at home, at the park, or in the grocery store. This approach promotes real-world generalization and gives families the opportunity to be active participants in the therapeutic process.
